Cache County Online Records

Cache County runs its own search system called CORE (Cache Online Records Express). This is the best starting point for any Cache County white pages search. CORE lets you look up property by address, owner name, parcel number, or document number. Basic property info is free. You can see current ownership, legal descriptions, parcel IDs, assessed values, and recent sales without paying a dime.

CORE also holds marriage license records, business licenses, and document recording data. The system shows grantor and grantee info, recording dates, and document types. Some document images may need a payment to view. Advanced reports can carry fees too. But for a quick Cache County white pages lookup, the free tier covers a lot of ground. The Recorder's office runs a Property Watch service through CORE that sends you alerts when someone files a new document against your parcel. It is a good way to guard against fraud.
